Seniors, juniors, and sophomores will directly enroll in courses online when they register on WA Web. This year, the freshman class will request their top course choices of those remaining courses through SurveyGizmo and our Student Services team will place freshman students individually.

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors:

For sophomore, junior, and senior online enrollment, students will need their student WA Web login and password and the courses they wish to take. Winterim registration information will be emailed home the day of registration. Please note that registration cannot be completed using a parent WA Web login. Online enrollment is first come, first served, based on your time of registration. If you have questions or concerns regarding enrollment, please contact Mrs. Tiemens.

Student Services will provide a link to the SurveyGizmo webpage that will host our freshman online enrollment requests process. The freshman students will request their top four course choices of the remaining courses for both the morning and afternoon sessions. Then, the freshman students will be placed in classes by the Student Services team. Each student's Winterim schedule will be posted to WA Web in December.

Seniors and Juniors: Monday, November 6 (opens 6:00 p.m. and closes at midnight) Note: This date is the only day Seniors and Juniors can register.

Sophomores: Tuesday, November 8 (opens 6:00 p.m. and closes at midnight) Note: This date is the only day Sophomores can register.

Freshmen: Monday and Tuesday, November 13-14 (open all day Monday-Tuesday) Note: These dates are the only days Freshmen can request courses.

Students who do not enroll by deadlines listed above will enroll in person with Mrs. Tiemens from the remaining available courses in early December.

  • If a course is marked as CLOSED on the website, the maximum enrollment for that class this year has been met, and it will not be available to choose when registration is open.  These changes are updated after the enrollment window is closed for each grade.
  • WA Web may not function correctly if you are using Google Chrome or Safari as your browser.  Please use either Firefox or Internet Explorer.
  • Students who are confirmed by Trip Sponsors as signed up for a Winterim trip or an internship are already enrolled and no registration is necessary.
  • A parent will need to approve student course selections before enrollment is finalized.  Student Services will send an email to parents in early December with their student's Winterim schedule. Please reply to this email if your student's classes require modification.

  • Winterim classes/trips cannot be repeated during a student’s high school career.
  • Additional Winterim course fees (as noted in the course title) will be billed to your Smart Tuition account.

Please contact Mrs. Tiemens if you should have any questions or difficulties.
